Pink strawberry colour, fairly intense aromas and with great complexity, soft hints of good ageing and lees.
Dry and fresh in the mouth, due to its appropriate acidity and pleasant carbonic content, well balanced and juicy with no added sugars.
Best served between 6-8º C, ideal to drink right from he apetizers and starters.
Sparkling wine elaborated by Methode Champagnoise, the fermentation temperature for cava is 12-15º C and 15-18º C during vinification, 2 years in the bottle before disgorging.
