Produced using traditional methods and Methode Champagnoise, limited botlles. Golden yellow colour with a greenish background, light carbonic content and sufficiently fizzy, elegant, fairly intense aromas and with great complexity, soft hints of good ageing and lees.
Dry and fresh in the mouth due to its approriate acidity and pleasant carbonic content, well balanced and juicy.
Best served between 5-6º C and ideal to drink right from the apetizers and starters.
The fermentation temperature for cava is 12-15º C and 15-18º C during vinification, 2 years in the bottles before disgorging.
